The Martinsburg Police Department is requesting the community’s assistance in locating Samuel Lee Rose Jr., who is wanted for one count of Delivery of a Controlled Substance. The warrant was obtained following a controlled purchase of crack cocaine from the suspect in May 2008 by use of a confidential informant. Anyone with information regarding Samuel Lee Rose Jr. or his whereabouts is urged to contact the Martinsburg Police Department at 304-264-2100 or Berkeley County Crime Solvers at 304-267-4999.
