The Martinsburg Police Department is seeking the community’s help in locating Matthew Quinn Mason, AKA: Q, in connection with a shooting that occurred on Wednesday, April 30, 2008 at the Martins Landing Complex.
Mr. Mason was charged with Attempted Murder and Wanton Endangerment stemming from this incident. Previously charged and arrested from this incident was Travis Latta (DOB: 10/28/87). Mr. Latta is currently incarcerated at the Eastern Regional Jail.
On Monday, May 05, 2008, officers from the Martinsburg Police Department and Berkeley County Sheriff’s Department attempted to apprehend Mr. Mason on the aforementioned charges. Mr. Mason was located in a vehicle by members of the Martinsburg Police Department in the area of North Queen Street, Martinsburg WV. Once located, Mr. Mason fled from a vehicle and was not located.
