On Jan 1, 2009 at 7:45 PM Ptlm. Shelton of the Martinsburg Police Dept stopped a vehicle on N. Foxcroft Ave for not having headlights on. He checked the driver and found that she was a wanted person from Allegheny County Maryland for Failing to Appear in court for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Paraphernalia.
Charged with being a Fugitive from Justice was:
Anna Steele
352 Wilkes Ave
Berkeley Springs WV
Age 21
She was taken to the Eastern Regional Jail to await arraignment
