On Tuesday, May 06, 2008, officers from the Martinsburg City Police and the West Virginia State Police arrested Matthew Quinn Mason, AKA: Q, without incident, from a room at a Martinsburg, Berkeley county,area motel. Mason was arraigned before Magistrate Sandra Miller at the Berkeley County Judicial Center on the charges of Attempted Murder and Wanton Endangerment. Mason was given a $100,000 cash only bond and was taken to the Eastern Regional Jail.
The Martinsburg City Police would like to thank the community’s assistance in locating Matthew Mason.
